Every year, I have a gazillion and one new habits I’d like to add: floss every night, meditate twenty minutes each morning, eat 3 pieces of fruit/day, incorporate veggies into every meal, wake up at 5am each day, sleep 8 hours….I get exhausted just looking at it. So for 2019, I’ve focused on only 2 new habits I want to commit to every day:
- Write everyday
- Workout everyday
And so far, I’m 100%, versus all of the habits from years past where my success rate varied from 0% to 60% and left me feeling like a failure.
- Pumpkin Salted Caramel Cupcakes – Cinderella, the star of my next novel “THE TEMPTATION OF CINDERELLA “ is obsessed with all things pumpkin, whether it’s lattes, cupcakes, pies or ice cream so I’ve been experimenting with some different pumpkin recipes and this is my favorite!
